By visiting our site and/or purchasing services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to abide by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), along with any additional terms and policies referenced herein. These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and content contributors. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms, we reserve the right to prevent, suspend, or terminate your access to the Platform and Services.

You agree to engage with our Services in good faith, acting diligently and refraining from any unethical, corrupt, or illegal practices. This includes any behavior that constitutes cheating, collusion, or attempts to bypass these Terms.
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm that:

Payment Terms and Conditions
When you enroll in any of our courses or services, you agree to pay the full price as specified on our website/app/platform. All payments must be made through the available payment methods, which may include credit cards, debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other online payment systems.
You agree that your payment information is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Any payments made are final and non-refundable, subject to the exceptions outlined in our Refund Policy.
If any payment made by you is declined, delayed, or disputed, we reserve the right to terminate access to our services, and you will remain responsible for any outstanding amounts.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your enrollment in our courses at any time prior to the start of the course or training session. In case of cancellation, our Refund Policy will apply, and the amount refundable will be calculated based on the terms outlined in that policy.
Please note that cancellation after the commencement of the course will not result in a refund, except in certain circumstances as outlined in the Refund Policy.
Applicable Law
Refund Policy
We have a strict No Refund Policy for our courses. However, if you wish to discontinue before the first class, we will retain your booking fee and refund 50% of the course fee. No refunds are issued after the first class commences.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days for course cancellations initiated by Nota.
Note: This policy applies only to paid class credits and not to any class credits earned through referrals or gifts from Nota.
